“Unaware prior to booking this room that its located at the basement with no windows … The helpful staff offered that we make additional payment to upgrade to a room above ground. Feels a bit weird but the upgraded room was nice and comfortable. Bedding was super comfortable, room was also spacious and washrooms were clean”

“Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”
