“Stayed here to attend a event at the hartford symphony which was a quick walk thru the park, the view from our room was amazing the view of the capitol Building was amazing , the staff very friendly and the room was great for a one day stay ”

“We have been going to this hotel for 5 years when we travel because its so close to the airport. When we went to our room one of the beds was broken and we informed the front desk and she was so nice about it not like other places that the front desk employees get mad about changing our rooms. A few hours that happened we saw them fixing the beg right away. ”

“We parked our car here for the week when we flew out of Bradley and we came in the night before and stayed . Staff was nice and the room had its purpose . It was clean and cold ( it was summer ) and actually for the price we had a two bedroom ( one bed was in the main sitting area ). It would have be fine if four people needed to stay . It is an airport hotel and having the shuttle and parking for airport was great . I even recommend two of my clients to go here last night when they had...

“Booked due to medical and family reasons. Was with my dog and ended up in the hospital. The hotel made sure my dog was taken care of and my belongings were secured. Although we had a disagreement at first, it was worked out and handled very professionally. Even going above my expectations. Especially the head of security, he is a good man and keeps his word. In the end, my dog was delivered back to me and my property was secured for retrieval. ”
