“No hot water no tv horrible”

“One of the main reason we got the hotel was for the pool. It was closed over half the stay we were there. Also it is very out dated will not be going back”

“Staff was excellent. Room could be a little cleaner, crumbs on dresser, bathroom counter were very small spacing on counter and over toilet.”

“Room was clean as were the towels. We just felt this Hampton Inn needs a ‘refresh’ as paint was peeling off in the bathroom as well as the wall paper bubbling (room 417). Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)”

“Hotel was clean. The fastest check-in I've had. Convenient location to food and gas as well as the interstate. Quiet property and very clean, welcoming lobby. Room was perfect.”

“Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”

“Staff was great. Facility could use some help: ice machines didn't work. The desk clerk took my cup and went somewhere to put ice in it. No usb ports in room for charging devices. Hair dryer in room 207 didn't work.”
