La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“we stayed 7 night in this hotel and we were very happy! first of all I've have never met a such helpful and friendly staff! Billy helped us calling the lost & found office at the airport and was very kind! Luiza spoke to us about her experience in Italy in italian language; all guys were fantastic. good continental breakfast at a right rate. Our room was big and clean. Pool warm and clean. wi-fi working very well. Free coffee available. Free car parking. Free towel and beach chairs. Perfect...

Il personale è il vero punto di forza di questo albergo: sempre disponibili a un consiglio e molto gentili, ci hanno aiutato e supportato in tutto. Pulizia eccellente nelle camere, una piscina riscaldata piacevolissima, barbecue a disposizione e colazione varia e di buona qualità. “We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. We got in late before our cruise but the room was clean and spacious. Very modern and fun! The only suggestion is to soften the cleaning solution they use.The scent of the Fabulous they used to clean was a little over powering. The staff and communication for after hour checkin couldn't have been easier. Will definately return.”
