I was charged a $40 incidental hold and told a $10 parking fee applied for the whole stay; staff didn’t collect vehicle details or provide explanations. My keycards later stopped working; the desk shrugged it off as a “new system” and said it would “probably” happen again. I checked out by 10:56 AM but found over $700 charged to my card by 3:00 PM. “The hotel was nice and clean. It could use a little updating. I forgot my phone charger block and other hotels have lamps or charging ports available to charge a phone with the cord only. That was the only downfall.”

“Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher.”

“Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such.”
