Hotel vicino a Poinsettia Park - Carlsbad

“Really nice location , amazing staff and front desk services. ”

“The room was very clean, no odors, the bathroom was spotless; easy to find, close to legoland. Great customer service.”

“Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay”

“Great hotel”

“Great accommodations but they didn’t have hot tub near my room working. Had to go across the other end of the resort to access one. Garage was under repair and doors slow to open but was secure”

“Love the Cassara!”

“Staff was friendly and location is great. I paid a little extra to face the ocean and not the highway 5. The area felt safe and parking was easy. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were terrible, sink in/ zero support. The bedroom and corridor smelled a bit musty and I had a headache on both mornings I stayed at the hotel, so unsure what I was exposed to during my stay. I’m not sure I’d stay at this hotel again.”

“Loved that it was very close to Legoland , the outlets in Carlsbad and the Windmill Food Hall. Majority was walking distance.”

“Breakfast was delicious”

“Very nice accomodations, not far from the beach.”
