My only complaint is that our room was next door to the gym and unfortunately for us the gym is open from 7am-10pm… so we woke up to weights being dropped repeatedly. You can tell this property has to maintain a higher standard because of the Carlsbad area and location near the coast. “The hotel staff was very friendly and polite, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the breakfast experience was disappointing. The food was not replenished quickly, so many items stayed empty for a long time, and there was a very limited quantity and selection available overall.
