“I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”

“Everything you need is provided. A clean room, many yummy places to eat and drink. Entertainment available and just exploring is entertainment in itself.”

“Its a cute place to stay with many places to walk to. The bed was awful, i can pretty much sleep in any bed, but the matress had to be one of the worst. My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. It is grab and go items which is fine, but they should clarify that especially for 300 a night. The staff was very kind, one of the ladies had no clue on recommendation for resturants and she seemed stumped...

“Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. ”

“Crystal was great. She got a new remote for me as the volume didn't work on the other one. She tried to help me cast my phone to the tv, but it didn't work. The room was clean, the bathroom had a towel rack that wasn't on the wall right and seemed a little unstable. The curtain rod was broke, but still functioning. The breakfast could have been better. I wish they had bacon, sausage and eggs. ”

“Definitely a cheap, tweakerish, hotel. So I wasn't expecting anything lavish. With that being said my room REEKED of cigarette smoke (supposedly a smoke free hotel), ”
