“Amazing room! We were overlooking the ocean & the room also had a 270 degree circular atrium! Made you want to just lounge in there & have everything brought to you. Lovely neighborhood & grounds, so close to the beach. Very clean with lovely amenities including an elaborate snack tray & champagne for our anniversary. Staff is friendly & helpful. We have stayed in many inns, b&bs & hotels in the Carmel area over the years. This one is a keeper. We will be back in the fall for our birthdays.😊”

“We spent 2 nights there. The cost is reasonable but they did not set up the room and change the towels and when I asked for an explanation the lady told me that I was suppose to ask them for the service..... Normally it doesn't work this way, normally there are card to hang out at the door IF we dont want to receive the service!!! ”

“L’hotel è in centro a Carmel comodo per raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, negozi e la bella spiaggia. Comodo il parcheggio coperto. La camera ampia e con un piccolo terrazzo. La colazione, che si ordina la sera precedente e viene consegnata la mattina, è insufficiente per varietà e quantità, a maggior ragione considerando il prezzo della camera. ”

“Struttura un po’ vecchia e sembra a tratti non curata. Ottimo ristorante all’interno dell’hotel. Positivo: all’arrivo ci hanno assegnato una stanza che nn soddisfava le nostre esigenze e il personale ha provveduto subito ad assegnarcene un’altra. Grazie ”

“Le Petit Pali was one of those places that looks much cuter online than it feels in person. I know some people love quirky boutique hotels, but for us, it honestly felt more like a glorified old motel with cute decor layered on top. The fact that there were ear plugs left in the room should have been our first clue. Between the noise and the overall vibe, it just never felt relaxing or luxurious. There are some thoughtful touches. The welcome drink was nice, the nightly cookies were sweet...

“We arrived a little early but the room was not ready and told the room would be ready at the time of checking in at 4pm. We returned at 4:40pm without being notified by text or email that the room was ready. Soon after checking in we received the text that the room was ready?”
