“I used to stay here often, and the place has definitely gone downhill a little bit. First night there was no hot water in my room. Rooms were sold out, so there was no remedy provided. They were painting and the smell was overwhelmingly nauseating. The staff was not helpful like they used to be. Definitely disappointed this time around.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
