"Bluewater Dream" dorme 6 ed è un'esclusiva casa a più livelli sul lungomare con una pergola illuminata vicino al bordo dell'acqua per sedersi e godersi le splendide viste sul lago o semplicemente rilassarsi. Inoltre, c'è un molo per la pesca (stazione di pulizia illuminata inclusa) o semplicemente sedersi e godersi la natura e la bellezza del lago. Questo è un ottimo posto per parcheggiare la tua barca noleggiata o personale per il momento in cui sei la casa sul lago. I servizi all'aperto includono kayak, attrezzi da pesca, pozzo del fuoco nel cortile e barbecue. Altri posti fantastici per vedere il lago includono il ponte coperto al largo della zona giorno principale e il balcone al piano superiore al largo della suite principale. La master suite ha un letto king size, TV HD da 32 '(Direct TV) con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Le 2 camere da letto a livello degli ospiti hanno entrambe letti Queen e una include una TV. L'area al piano terra / la grotta dell'uomo è progettata per essere una grande sala per riunioni di famiglia e comprende un bar con un frigorifero per il vino, 2 TV, un nuovo tavolo da biliardino, un tavolo da pub, 2 sedie da teatro per sedersi e rilassarsi mentre si guarda il film o lo spettacolo preferito, freccette illuminate, frigorifero extra. Tutto progettato per farti passare il tempo libero dopo aver giocato al sole / pescato, ecc.! La tua casa lontano da casa sarà un ottimo posto per creare ricordi ancora e ancora! Può essere una vacanza romantica, un posto dove trascorrere momenti preziosi in famiglia insieme o semplicemente un posto per rilassarsi e godersi l'atmosfera del lago e tornare alla natura e lontano dalla routine della vita quotidiana.

Si sono innamorati del Lago Livingston e hanno saputo quando hanno visto per la prima volta la casa Bluewater che sarebbe stato fantastico per loro e condividere con gli altri in cerca di un'esperienza simile!

Perché puntare in bianco:

L'atmosfera cittadina e le splendide viste sul lago ne hanno fatto una scelta ovvia. Ci piace pescare e i bambini volevano un'opzione per nuotare. Ancora più importante, ci dà una grande fuga dal trambusto della grande città!

We had a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive and the place was perfect for our group. Wonderful views. Easy access to fishing just down the road and the Livingston was only about 15-20 minutes away. Great house right on the lake.

The Bluewater Dream was a good place for us to spend a few days. We were able to accomplish our goal of resting and relaxing over a long weekend. We most enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with a view of Lake Livingston. The house is updated and nicely furnished.

We evacuated our area for an incoming hurricane. The owner responded quickly and was always available for questions. We were comfortable and enjoyed the view of the lake.

This lakefront home has been our 4th of July getaway for the past two years. It is nicely situated in the cove with full water access. Plenty of room for guests and a game room for entertainment. Awesome owner. Book early because we will be back.

Location was perfect waterfront. We were able to walk out pretty far into the lake and enjoy relaxing tubing/floats. The wind kept it cool outside at night. The house and setup were extremely spacious, which made for plenty of relaxation and no feeling of ever being crowded.

The house is a perfect place to stay if you have kids. My family had a great time. The downstairs game room was a family favorite. It's also a great spot for fishing. There's loads of catfish in that cut. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when I had any questions. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be staying again!

My stepson graduated and so we drove down from DFW area for the weekend. We had family fly into Houston airport which was not difficult to get to from there. There are multiple areas so it was nice to help give people their own space. I can not think of anything negative to say about this house.

Overall the home was perfect for our group of 6. Grandparents and 4 of our grandchildren. The house is on the edge of a cove with neighbors on both sides and directly across. At the time of our arrival the lake was very low leaving us no access to fish or kayak from property. We ventured out to Lake Livingston State Park for activities. With that being said we barely got the kids past the game room for majority of trip. They had a blast. Please be aware it is separate from house in terms of entrance. Separate doorway not accessible from inside the house. There are multiple levels of stairs so a lot of tripping up and down. We didn’t mind but some might. Be aware there aren’t a lot of family restaurants nearby so we cooked a lot for kids. Absolutely the only thing I would say is that like most places, pots and pans desperately needed replacing. We purchased some to get by. The kids spent nights out by fire pit making s’mores playing zombies and having a great time. Also, there is no hot tub but just a jacuzzi tub in master bath. Big difference and one we had been looking forward to. However, wasn’t a dealbreaker and being spring break you can’t just do a reset. If the lake water had been up we would have been extremely satisfied. Dean is a very nice host and very nice to offer is home out. Hope to visit again!

Great Value. Location on water is excellent. It was in a canal, shallow and soft bed to walk and play on for the kids. Plus it was calmer than the main lake, but still super-close to main lake. Yard was smaller than expected, but really didn't matter when we were in the water all day. Great sunrise views. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space for large group to gather to eat or play games. House and neighborhood are older, but that really didn't factor in much, only on setting expectations. Easy to get to. Owner was very responsive to questions and clear on instructions. Great house! Thanks Dean!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house had plenty of space for our little ones to play, and it had everything we needed. The only slight downside was the lake was a bit low due to the drought so we didn't get to fish from the dock or kayak. We we likely stay again when the lake is a bit higher. Thank you!

We really loved the house! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The extra room downstairs is perfect if you have teenage kids. They can just hang down there. The lake water was low but it was kind of nice because the younger kids could reach. Will definitely plan another weekend trip and stay here.

What a perfect place for a get away! I wanted to pack up the home and lake to bring it back with us. Dean was great with communicating with us, and we loved the space and the neighbors!! They had the sweetest Great Danes and they let us fish on their property since the lake was too low by our dock. We went with a friend family and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The first day there, we rarely even saw the kids. They enjoyed every inch of the game room! The kids did not sleep in there. I had read past reviews that said there was no access through the house to the room, so we decide to bring an air mattress for the boys, and the girls got a room. The livingroom was PLENTY big for 2 air mattresses if we would have had them! Bottom line, this was a great place to stay. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The homes in the neighborhood were really close together, but the house was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, with the drought, the lake was low and we were unable to bring the boat up to the dock. I've lived on Lake Conroe before, so we were familiar with the onslaught of midges that come through the door each time it's opened. I would suggest putting a couple of bug zappers in the yard to redirect them there. Some will still get in, but it won't look like a bug version of the Alfred Hitchcock's movie, The Birds.

We booked Bluewater for an after prom weekend. We had 6 teens and 2 moms in our group and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and had a blast with the kayaks. I was not familiar with Lake Livingston at all but learned that this was the rougher side of the lake. The ocean like waves did not deter our kids from jumping in. They all said it was the best weekend ever.
