Hotel a Pointblank

“First room assigned had a faulty air conditioing system and the tv did'nt work. hardly anyone was staying there which presented problems for the staff.”

“The odor in the lobby area was terrible. We passed on breakfast because the odor was such a turn-off. If you like the smell of wet dog and mildew towels you will be fine. I had to go to the store to freshen my room and make it tolerable for the one night stay. The shower door would not stay closed and it was almost as if they put the fixtures backwards in the shower. The countertops in the room were not clean- old rice and sticky residue was left behind. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes and .”

“Ok place to spend one night. Breakfast was not that great. Not much grass to walk a dog. AC was just ok the room felt damp.”

“Friendly desk staff, clean room, real scrambled eggs not styrofoam eggs, 24 hour coffee. Well equipped fitness room. There were pallets out front that could be moved. Good stay.”

“I pulled up to what I seen vs what I got. The first room we had smelled of smoke with dirty sheets on the bed. The towels were dirty as well. They moved us to another room and it smelled better looked better didn’t have a fridge or a microwave tho they said due to remodel. The air conditioning ran ice cold.”

“We went for a weekend of baseball. The pool was not clean. The water was green with algae. After a long day of baseball the boys wanted to swim but weren’t able to due to the swamp water. Also, our restroom smelled like sewage. For the price we payed over the few days it was not worth the stay.”

“The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff were helpful and nice. However the shower in the room leaked and there was a horrible smell in the elevator. It smelled like natural gas. The rooms are not insulated well and the cracks in the door let noise in from the hall, ie people talking and doors closing. Could not fully close the curtain to create a black out space for sleeping. The restrooms off the lobby, the commodes were not attached well to the floor as the wobbled.”

“The hotel just reopened so the amenities were close (the bar) the key didn’t work so I had to go back and a few times to the front desk The person next door was loud all night and they knew who we were talking about but couldn’t do nothing about it”

“I booked this stay on Father's Day weekend. My husband enjoyed himself from the time we unloaded the car. He was sitting by the lake with pole in the water within less than an hour of our arrival. The check in was nice and smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's also a little convenient store on property. The cabin had an issue prior to our arrival but the hostess informed me of it and had already taken care of it. Cabin was clean and in order. The neighbors were all welcoming and...

“The AC leak in the room that I was in onto the floor all night and created puddles in the floor. The staff I had an issue with the lady she tried to tell me something and that I was wrong and she was actually wrong. She had the wrong person and would not listen. She was smart mouth and just outright rude the pool they close it down because a child cutting himself on a board and that was the whole reason I ruined the motel.
