Hotel a Pokegama

“The room was very clean, however; the night before our stay was over the toilet plugged up. We could’ve changed rooms for a night before but it was having to Pack and unpack and pack up again so we used the toilet near the pool area. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I like they had a breakfast buffet because I didn’t have to go out. It’s a great place to stay!”

“Clean, quiet hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and helped our family sleep comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.”

“The hotel was nice. However. I was supposed to get a room with a tub. When we got to our room. The room that we had didn't have a tub in it. Called the front desk. They stated that there was nothing that they could do due to the hotel being booked up. Which I get. But no offer of”

“Great room, comfortable bed and couch/chair, lots of room, very well done hotel room in a great location. Only odd thing was parking during the stay”

“Smells like Mold when you walk in the doors, the restaurant was already closing and the rooms... I get reinvention is hard but what they did was next level. The room its self is fine but the bathrooms don't trust the photos! Our was not the same as pictured also there isn't ac in the room or fans. It looks like a rent by night hotel with a big fancy price tag. No thanks! 0 out of 5 stars”

“The room smelled horribly of urine, the door to the room would not lock or even stay shut. The area is sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable, moved to another hotel and did not get a refund. Terrible on all accounts.”

“New room, incredible view of Lake Superior, very nice host who showed us r room and amenities. Nice stay. Air conditioning was loud.”

“The halls were stuffy old looking but wallah the room was very clean and nice. Wish I'd remembered coffee in the lobby. Nice size clean fridge in room. Parking was a bit tight but doable . Mattresses were wonderful slept very well. 4plus overall”

“Great location”

“Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

“parking was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. #5 is on the second floor. Nice view of the lift bridge and a nice view of Lake Superior from the small balcony. We did take a sauna.”

“Pool could use a heat pump it was colder ther the lake but otherwise our stay and view was awesome!”
