“Great hotel. Located next to A&W restaurant. Parking lot lit up at night. Safe and clean. Near attractions, can walk from hotel to the Niagara Falls state park. They do charge for parking at the hotel so be prepared to pay for that. Room was fantastic. Can control air, room gets nice and cool. Towels are high quality. Beds and pillows are soooo comfortable!!

"esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! È venuto quindi un suo assistente, con delle lenzuola meno spiegazzate e non sapeva nemmeno fare il letto. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto farcelo da soli con quello che c’era. Hotel molto disorganizzato, volevano farci pagare la colazione (già compresa nel prezzo) e al check out ci avevano messo in conto il parcheggio dell’auto (che non avevamo, e che gli era già stato detto al check in)"
