“There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country”

“Staff was a little impersonal - not unfriendly, but not welcoming either. The check-in process seemed purely transactional. The hotel room itself was in disrepair - exposed carpet tacks; lamps without shades; facial tissue plugging up holes in walls; disconnected smoke alarms. The bed linens were clean, at least. ”

“It was easy to check in and check out. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I had to do a late check-in and they made it really easy. The room was really clean, minus a chair that was covered in stains and spots. It was quiet for the majority of the nights that we were there, except for the last night. There were some kids running around the top floor making noise at about 3:00am. I like the convenience of the area. It is by a gas station and several places to eat that you can easily...

“The bathroom looked like it was going through a remodel and was not finished. The smoke detector was in a drawer. It was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in 😟”

“Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. ”
