“We were told breakfast was until 9 but when we got there at 820, there was nothing left except some yogurts and fruit. Also room was a bit musty when we first checked in. Overall room was comfortable and location was good. We would stay again especially if the breakfast issue is resolved.”

“They had just finished cleaning our room when we arrived. You could tell it was well kept and clean.”

“Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“Clean rooms, the staff are not attentive to details although friendly, lack of complimentary breakfast is a minus here, for that I don't see myself coming back here again and may not recommend to people. I didn't use the hot tub so can't make any comment on it.”

“Air conditioner compressor was making a very loud noise. I recorded the sound for evidence. we turned the thermostat down to 67 and the room temperature never got below 73.The TV did not work. i looked behind and all of the cables were unplugged? why was room not quality checked?”
