“Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte. Dopo due minuti arriva con tutta la calma del mondo e facciamo il checkin. Solo piu'tardi ho visto che aveva una ospite ...”

“Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Within three minutes, we were parked in the south airport economy lot after we checked out. Friendly staff. ”

“The vending machine only had two options available. Both the soda machine and the breakfast bar were already half empty during breakfast hours. There was just one staff member covering both the front desk and the breakfast area, and she was also looking after two young children. The air conditioning unit couldn’t be adjusted for temperature or fan direction, and it blew directly onto my bed all night. If you’re not looking for a very cheap place to sleep, you might want to skip this one.”

“The Microtel Inn was nice and very good price per room. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. TE staff was very helpful at check in, breakfast, and suggestions to make our stay the best. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The room I was given smelt like smoke and cigarettes horribly with yellowing around the bathroom due to the humidity. The photos listed online for the property do not equally depict the room I was given.”

“Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay.”

“This place was pretty ok- clean wise , but I kept getting woke up thru the night . The customer above me had kids bumping and jumping thru out the night constantly waking me up. They didn't wanna let eat my breakfast in my room which felt was weird. The people at the front desk barely spoke clear English. It was a terrible experience. I end up being tired for work. I would not recommend personally.”

“Place was being remodeled and I didn’t know ahead of time. Lobby, for example, was under construction so did not have its usual fireplace. Made it feel dirty. Some green space to walk dog but lots of trash near one end of lot. Convenient to restaurants and highway. Good WiFi”

“Between having to reconfigure all of the cables so the TV worked, the filthy windows, the holes in the walls, the bathroom heat light that never shut off all night long, the moldy bathtub, the leaking fire extinguishing system and the blood spatters (?) on the bathroom ceiling and walls, I don't have much good to say. At least the sheets were clean and there weren't any bedbugs.”

“The breakfast suck very much the no towels when ask for them multiple times also the po area no heating in pool area no one never at front desk at all. I will never stay in a choice hotel at all ever ”
