Hotel vicino a Popp’s Ferry Park - Biloxi

“The pool was green and I mean fungus on the bottom and sides. We asked for a refund and said we would booked another hotel yet was still charged for one night. The supervisor was never never available and Expedia said they would help us and still I did not get a full refund.”

“Don't waste your money! The room had a dangling broken side lamp and a huge Crack in the window. The pool is nasty! I dont think they ever cleaned it, (skimmed it or vacuumed it). The sides were gross, looks like they need to bleach or scrub them! The breakfast was ok until our last morning, the stove broke down and we could only get a cold breakfast unless we wanted to go next door to their other hotel. Which EVERYONE went to! “Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. “Rooms was clean but they don’t match pictures they have posted on website the pool was dirty had bugs in it. Trash floating around in it. Wasn’t clear at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Over stay was okay as far as room being clean just wasn’t what was expected and pool was nasty.”

“We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon”

“The lady at the front desk was top notch! Very friendly! We got in late and left early the next morning so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but we would stay there again.”

“Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again.”
