Hotel vicino a Popp’s Ferry Park - Biloxi

“Rooms was very clean. Shower was the best. Casino was nice not to crowded. ”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the coliseum, which made getting back and forth easy. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was noise both nights I don’t get no sleep . So I got up when front desk talked to the manager and all said was they cut out today . So next night the same noise every noise told her about and all said was we got alot complaints about it . I’m very upset that nothing was done about it the first definitely 2day I was at 6am leave out . If trying to get rest I don’t recommend them because u won’t sleep it smell like weed. ”

“Love the entire stay. The room where clean the shower had a minor problem , but the play room was so much fun. This is the best time of the year for be there not to many people more opportunities to found the alot you love . ”

“The staff here was amazing. Shonna and Theresa on front desk were so nice and helpful. Roxy was so sweet and kind. The breakfast every morning was great, especially biscuits and gravy. The hotel was perfectly situated practically on the beach. ”

“It was Good”

“Don't go there. I booked a nonsmoking room at Twin Star Lodge a week in advance. When I arrived they moved me down the street to the Star Lodge where they only had a smoking room.The bathroom light didn't work, but there were four whole cigarette tracks burned into the shower base (Who does that?). The air conditioner was falling off the wall.There are inexpensive alternatives on the beach. Shame on Expedia for listing this place!”

“Great location, right across from the beach. Pet friendly. Rooms are dated and have some cosmetic issues but pool is in good condition. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. Also, there are no elevators so be sure to ask for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. Super friendly staff at the front desk and two adjacent restaurants give a dine in discount if you show your room key card. ”

“The valet service was either very poor or completely nonexistent, and there was no proper bellhop support. The pool area was another issue there were no clear signs explaining where to get towels, which made things unnecessarily confusing. On top of that, the bathrooms near the casino entrance were filthy and clearly not being maintained. Overall, the place feels like it’s past its prime. It desperately needs better management and a stronger team to run it properly. I will not be returning...
