“Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad. “The pool was green and I mean fungus on the bottom and sides. We asked for a refund and said we would booked another hotel yet was still charged for one night. The supervisor was never never available and Expedia said they would help us and still I did not get a full refund.”

“Don't waste your money! The room had a dangling broken side lamp and a huge Crack in the window. The pool is nasty! I dont think they ever cleaned it, (skimmed it or vacuumed it). The sides were gross, looks like they need to bleach or scrub them! The breakfast was ok until our last morning, the stove broke down and we could only get a cold breakfast unless we wanted to go next door to their other hotel. Which EVERYONE went to! “We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon”

“We have been to this property several times over the years. This day had good points, but the lack of staff this time made this a negative experience. We stayed only two nights our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, we did not have do not disturb on the door. Had to ask for towels. Our air-conditioning in our room did not work, this happened before to us. When traveling with children you need a good nights sleep and when it’s 80° in your room, it’s difficult.
