Sproat Lake Guest House!

Situato sul lago Sproat caldo, invitante e cristallino, il gioiello dell'isola di Vancouver. Questo bellissimo, completamente arredato e attrezzato con due camere da letto, un bagno, è pronto per la vostra vacanza di una vita. Facile accesso al lago, un grande molo con tenda da sole e sedie a sdraio, canoe e SUP disponibili per il vostro uso e una fortezza con una scatola di sabbia per i bambini rendono questo il posto migliore al mondo per essere in estate! Vogliamo anche che gli ospiti capiscano che la nostra intera proprietà è non fumatori. Inoltre, poiché condividiamo la proprietà, limitiamo il numero di ospiti della struttura sulla proprietà a 4 in qualsiasi momento.
Questa prenotazione ha una politica di cancellazione dell'azienda - i rimborsi saranno emessi fino a 60 giorni prima della data di check-in.
Un rimborso del 100% è previsto per i viaggiatori che annullano almeno 60 giorni prima del check-in. Un rimborso del 50% è previsto per i viaggiatori che annullano da 30 a 59 giorni prima del check-in. Non sono previsti rimborsi per i viaggiatori che annullano meno di 30 giorni prima del check-in. Sprout Lake excellence

We were in Port Alberni for a function that took up most of our time there which meant we didn't have enough time at the lake. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance to be back in the valley. We would have loved to spend more time in the lake and relaxing at the dock. Thanks Martin for a great stay!

One of the pure golden ones!

What a beautiful, clean, well-tended & private space! Everything we needed and more. The view from the property is incredible, and the morning canoe ride in the mist was pure magic! Great host, super helpful. Highly recommend this very special property!

Exceptional Quality Accommodation

The Guest House is absolutely a dream. Everything is totally perfect with amazing attention to detail. Added luxury with having use of the jetty with sun loungers, canoes, cabanas - too many to list there is nothing they dont cater for. The most amazing host and nedt place we have stayed.

Absolutely Beautiful

Pristine lakefront property nestled in the trees - our guesthouse was clean, quiet and very comfortable. At night the sound of crickets lulled us to sleep and in the morning there was a small family of deer passing through. Janis is an amazing, thoughtful hostess and we will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at this cottage on Sproat Lake. Martin and Janis were wonderful hosts-easy to communicate with, very friendly but also respecting privacy, and made sure all our needs were met. The property is beautiful and use of the canoe/SUP’s, dock with lounge chairs were great to share as well. Lovely swim area too! The paddle across the lake to the Fossli park falls and suspension bridge was a nice surprise also. The cottage is well equipped with everything you may need and very comfortable with a propane fireplace as well as a heat pump for air conditioning if needed. We look forward to returning one day! Thank you Martin and Janis!

Beautiful location and accommodations

As pictured in listing, beautiful place to stay on a lake with incredibly clear water. Well equipped with gas barbecue, gas fireplace, espresso maker, very large washer dryer, canoes, paddle boards, dock for lounging. Would be great for families as well as couples. Private but hosts nearby and available if needed.

Perfect Guest House!

The Guest House was perfect and just what we needed on a recent trip to Sproat Lake to visit family. It is large and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable beds. The gas fireplace in the living room was great for the cool evenings, and we enjoyed dinner on the large deck overlooking the lake. The location on the lake is beautiful - clear water, great for kids and swimmers - with stunning views even from the bedrooms in the rental unit. Janis and Martin have thought of literally everything you'd need to make you feel at home. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Stay on Lake Sproat

The property is stunning. It is a true home from home. Probably the most comfortable bed weve ever slept in, the sheets are so soft and smooth. The location cannot be beaten, right on the lake, with fantastic sunsets. There are even kayaks to use. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing Place!

This stay was the best stay I have ever had while booking thru a ST platform. The hosts were super nice and they had lots of extra's like the availability of SUP's and Canoe's. The house was beautiful and the views are just like the pictures. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Fantastic cabin right on Sproat Lake, with a comfy cabin and wonderful hosts

Our stay could not have been better. A really well equipped cabin, a wonderful fireplace, views of the lake, a relaxing dock out on the water, canoes to use, various other sports equipment to use, and best of all were our hosts. Couldn't do enough to make our stay as good as it could be. Went above and beyond what was expected. Can't wait for another opprotunity to stay there again.

Great getaway

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

The suite was very well stocked with everything you need. The lake front area was a fabulous place to hang out and cool off. We will return to this peaceful lovely place.

Beautiful location

Martin and Janice were terrific hosts. The Guest House was very thoughtfully appointed and we had absolutely everything we could ever think of. The Guest House has gorgeous views from several rooms and was quiet and peaceful.
