Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Spot

This was a great spot with nice views and was a comfortable walking distance to the beach with little kids. It was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property was great, loved the view and the closeness to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was set up well. My family really enjoyed the stay. Would totally stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Adorable vacation house!

Everything was brand new, as we were the first to stay in it! Comfy furniture in living room. Perfect for about 4/5 people as far as seating goes. Beds were comfy. 2 fulls/queens and a king. The only things I’d change is tv’s in the 2 smaller rooms and seating on the deck. There is a picnic table but with a view of the beach there HAS to be chairs to sit and enjoy the view!
