Ville a Port Carling

“The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality.”

“Great room. Breakfast not so good. Noisy neighbors.”

“Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night.”

“We spent five nights here over Halloween, and the haunted-house vibes were complimentary! The location is fantastic, but the property needs TLC. The staff? Practically ghosts. We spotted one person, who appeared briefly before vanishing. We even bought our own toilet paper and soap because help was nowhere to be found. We arrived Monday to eerie silence, convinced we were the only guests. When actual humans appeared Wednesday, we wondered if we'd imagined them! Then, around 4 p.m., the...

“This is the second time staying at this location and my family absolutely loved our mini vocation. We cooked meals, enjoyed peace and quiet of the lake. We are planning our stay for next yr for sure. The staff were so pleasant to talk to and met any of requests and answered any of questions with a friendly smile. I can't wait for our next stay at the Pinedale Inn.”

“If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid...”
