“First let me say I have NEVER EVER given a one star review before. All we expected was a clean comfortable room. Our stay was for a Friday evening. Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to everything in the centre of Bracebridge. Room 116 was at the back of the motel, so away from the road noise. Al primo impatto, sembrava un motel degli anni settanta, con check-in effettuato a mano e chiave di una volta. Eravamo in cinque (io e i miei 4 bambini), e ho chiesto un letto in più' (pagandolo). Quando la proprietaria l'ha portato, l'ha solo lasciato davanti alla porta senza portarlo dentro la stanza e senza aprirlo. “The property and area was okay. The room we stayed in was sub par, a little dirty and not what we expected. We had issues with the TV and ran out of water when we were trying to shower. For the cost, I’d recommend looking elsewhere”

“The room itself was clean. I turned in my sheets and got fresh ones, just in case... At 170$/night, they should at least have a coffee machine in the room. The microwave, refrigerator and A/C worked well. The staff was accommodating and exchanged the sheets and gave us extra towels,washcloths and shampoo without hesitation. There is no outdoor pool.”

“Just got home from a 3 night stay. Super clean, modern and thoughtful, this boutique motel is perfect for a trip to Gravenhurst. While we never actually spoke to a staff member in person, they were really responsive on text and provided us with more than enough info before check-in that we really didn't need anything from them during our stay. We didn't use the hot tub or spa, but enjoyed the lovely seating areas out front while we had our morning coffee. Added bonus - the Frosty Pint Pub...

“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”
