“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“The hotel is lovely - the adults only pool is awesome with food and beverage service. My only minor complaint - and I am guessing it is because we were there mid-week - is that a lot of food options were closed. The primary restaurant off the lobby was even closed for a "private event" - most of the stuff in the food court was closed - really left us only the option of the sports bar - which was fine - as long as you just wanted a burger. ”

“Room needs a pain job. There were several long black hairs on the bathroom floor (I’m a bald man, definitely not mine) and the towels were well broken in with stains on them. The A/C did work well though and the beds were functional.”

“The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained.”

“Are you kidding? Facility is hanging on by their fingernails and is more an indignant housing than a motel. ”

“This was a great location and even though it is right next to a highway I did not hear any highway traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast fit our needs.”

“The staff was great. The room was clean, but I noticed the sheer curtains looked like they had mildew stains on them. When the air was on it smelled kind of musty, I’m thinking the unit might need to be cleaned out. The bathtub needs to be updated but overall it was clean. ”
