Nice area but house not maintained well

It was not what I expected. The house was not very clean or very safe. Communications with manager of the house was very poor. I called her 4 times for info and she never responded.

Lovely Home

A comfortable, well supplied, very clean and beautifully decorated property. The owner was very responsive to any question or concerns. Always answered her phone and replied to text messages promptly and thoroughly. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future. The only thing I didn't care for was dealing with double rental companies, Evolve and VRBO. Extra fees for no extra benefit...

A home away from home

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home in Laguna Vista. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, friendly, and very conveniently located to South Padre Island and other beautiful destinations. The property manager was fantastic. She assisted us during and after our stay and even helped us retrieve some items we left behind. We were in town to visit family and we were sad to go home. We'd stay here again!

Peaceful lovely home

As Always this neighborhood and it's owners never disappoint. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The home itself is very cozy. Its not just a transactional place to rent, it has personality and came with all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay without breaking the bank for things such as toilet paper, trash bags, lotions, shampoos, especially spices! This was such a nice touch and very much appreciated. Kudo's to the owner's they were very welcoming. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Nice, clean house.

The house is clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a blender and it’s missing other kitchen supplies needed if you have a family of six and are planning on cooking. We were able to enjoy the pool after a beach trip without any issues.

Exactly as advetised

Very clean and comfortable. Location is a little far from things, besides the golf course. But that’s something the travelers should consider. The kitchen could use a few items to make cooking a little easier. Everything was brand new, so the kitchen supplies are probably getting built up over time. I had what I needed, but could have used a couple of extras to make life easier (i.e. mixing/storage bowls, a second of a few things so I wasn’t cleaning while cooking, etc.). Overall a very nice accommodation. Nice beds, nice living area, nice yard and surroundings. Thank you!

Up and coming newer property

Seems like this casita was recently purchased and renovated. Furniture and decor is top-notch. Owner was quickly responsive to a couple of hiccups. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable dwelling with even more improvements expected in the kitchen.
