    Non appena varchi la soglia, questa affascinante casa arredata con gusto regala un'atmosfera molto confortevole e rilassante.

    La struttura è composta da 3 camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale nella camera principale con bagno privato, un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera e 2 letti singoli nella terza camera con tutta la biancheria fornita.

    La confortevole area salotto è dotata di TV, lettore DVD e stufa a legna per i mesi più freddi e aria condizionata per i mesi più caldi. Zona pranzo separata che conduce nella cucina completamente attrezzata con grande frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde e si affaccia sul cortile recintato.

    Sul retro c'è una grande area esterna coperta con barbecue e ambiente esterno, dove è possibile rilassarsi e gustare un drink pomeridiano e un pasto.

    C'è un cortile completamente chiuso che è perfetto per il tuo amato cane.

    La struttura dispone anche di una lavanderia con lavatrice e di un ripostiglio abbastanza grande per riporre in sicurezza le vostre tavole da surf, ecc.

    C'è un'obbligazione rimborsabile di $ 500 per questa proprietà.

The place had everything that we needed and was very pet friendly with a beautiful back yard. We lost some of the power and it was fixed straight away.

Private quiet and very pet friendly

A very comfortable stay with all the conveniences of a fenced yard and more. Jazzi and I had a great stay and found Elders communications reliable and prompt. Highly recommended for pet lovers looking for a quiet stay to stay. Thank you.

Good size rooms, Fittings and furniture on the older side, but all functional, clean and tidy. Ensuite a bit squeezy but a most enjoyable stay.

Spotlessly clean

We stayed here for a second time. It is anbsol spotless. Some other places we have stayed have not been the cleanest and had cockroaches and ants everywhere. Not so here. You just couldn’t get any cleaner. Very quiet, leafy area. Beautiful stay.

Fantastic, quiet, fully fenced…some plumbing issues such as shower drips constantly. Ditto for kitchen tap. But otherwise fabulous. Very clean!!

Good location

Very breezy back yard was highlight - Air Con works well. Some Furniture is dated & carpet needs replacing with Vinyl planking or similiar. Needs security screen doors & windows

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good spot to stay with a dog and to explore the area on a summer holiday. We loved walking to beach which took about 20 min. Yards were lovely and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good and wifi worked well. The house needs some TLC - a good clean like the range hood, the ceiling and vent/fan in the bathroom. Supplies were low )no spare toilet roll, body wash ran out day 1, no bin bags) and the fan in the oven does not work. Some new matching crockery from Kmart would also just make it a little nicer.

Great stay

We liked the location away from the town centre and the house was pretty much as advertised if not a little smaller than it appeared online. Good neighborhood. Great that we could take our dog. The outside chairs need replacing or repairing desperately (half not useable) but everything else worked. Screen doors on front and back doors would be good. Outdoor area was very pleasant. Response to a message about a full and smelly bin on arrival was quick. Great service. The house was a little smaller than pictures indicated but worked for 5 people.

I would not stay there again.

Did not meet my expectations. Looked much better in the online photos. Needs general maintenance, shower had a slow continuous leak, the toilet in the ensuite also leaked and we did advise the agent, although it was not fixed during our stay. The out door area was very poor, All the real estate staff I dealt with were professional.
