“Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you ”

“This hotel is attractive and has comfortable rooms. However, it seemed severely understaffed. The pool was out of towels, leaving my kid shivering outside it while I found someone who could get more towels. At breakfast, they were completely out of bowls. My kids ate their cereal off plates. Then they ran out of forks. A patron asked a staff member if more were coming and she said “by the time they are ready, we’ll be closed.” Important to note that breakfast closes at 9 - seems very early for a...

“Hotel che ci ha soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in e la receptionist ci ha informato che la nostra camera non era pronta. E' intervenuto immediatamente il manager che in 5 minuti ci ha trovato un'altra camera per sistemarci senza problemi. Con una estrema gentilezza e competenza e anche molto simpatico. Colazione con salato e dolce, ampia sala per non dover aspettare per sedersi. Camera spaziosa, letti comodi, Tutto molto bene!”

“The resort itself is really nice however the staff is really bad. This was our second time going there because we love the resort itself however the staff is really rude. I asked them for some coffee and i was told that whatever is in the room thats all guests get. The next day i asked for shampoo in the morning and nothing was brought until i had to call again. And whenever you ask them for anything they just get soo rude. ”

“It was an average stay overall. The place was clean and the staff was fantastic, but the décor felt pretty outdated. Breakfast was small with a limited selection, and the seating area was tiny. There’s also no onsite convenience store—just a couple of vending machines.”

“Lobby had stained carpet and carpet in hallway needed vaccuuming. Room was good-sized and clean. Desk chair was a little shabby. The TV cable-service sucked. Weird channels, no network stations or local news. Wi-fi was ok. Shower had an adjustable hand-held head. Kept falling off of the holder and wouldn't stay aimed to use easily. Free breakfast was average. Other nearby options would be a better choice for me in the future. Close to a lot of restaurants, interstate and some attractions.”
