Hotel vicino a Azienda vitivinicola Cross Keys - Mount Crawford

“I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked.”

“This is going to be a very condensed review of what I had wanted to say because I’m limited to 1500 characters. I did reach out to management about the issues, no response even though they promised they would first of all you have to request your utensils and stuff when you get to the room and then I went down and picked up two containers of plates and cups and things like that not a big deal but why don’t you just put it in the room second the floors were filthy sticky and grimy third the air...

“The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“We had problems regulating the heat in our room but we didn’t call front desk either.”

“Rooms are quite. Showers are excellent. Beds are firm and comfortable. No Hbo, boo hoo...”

I reserved a standard King Suite but was assigned a handicap-accessible room due to what the hotel later admitted was a system error. The bed was extremely low to the floor, unusually hard, and very uncomfortable. It honestly felt like I was sleeping on the floor. After bringing my concerns to the staff’s attention, I was...

“This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room.”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff.”

“If you want to stay in a college dorm with guests banging on walls, screaming at 2am and running through the halls drunk- choose this hotel. The bedsheets are extremely worn and should’ve been trashed 10 years ago. This hotel probably started as a 3.5 star but today is a 1 star.”

“Pleasant staff. Delicious food. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed sitting out underneath the wood awning. Close to town.”

“The room was very clean and the beds were a little tall but were very comfortable.”
