Hotel a Mount Crawford

“Room was BARE MINIMUM. No shampoo or cream rinse. Shower floor Slimey and damp. Limited TV access . Front desk staff cold and rude. No grocery or convenience store nearby.”

“Smoke detector was chirping when I entered my room. After two calls to the front desk, the clerk came to my room, took it off the wall, removed the battery and left it on the dresser. The provided hairdryer didn’t not work. And one of my towels had black stuff all over it, and one of the washcloths had what looked like a blood stain! Finally, had to depart a day early due to a family issue, and after talking to the front desk, Expedia, and the hotel manager Friday morning, I was unable to...

“We found the room well-designed and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we found the mattress was too soft, and the food in the breakfast area really wanting - powdered eggs, overripe bananas, rock-hard melon pieces, and poor-quality pastries.”

“Everything semed to be ok in our room until we decided to settle in and watch some TV. There was no signal. We tried to call front desk to let them know but the phone didn't work! My husband went downstairs to tell them. Their answer was, They're working on it. We tried periodically and still no signal. At 8pm we decided to just go to sleep. When we woke in the morning and getting ready to leave we tried the tv and still NO SIGNAL.”

“Very dirty and unkept. The room smelled like an ashtray. There were stains on the walls and a missing bathroom vent fan with hanging wires.”
