“There was more than enough to do that we ran out of time. There was an issue with room and the resort had maintenance there within minutes and everything was resolved! ”

“Fantastic location, close to Waynesboro’s restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was beautiful. The check in and out process was simple. The staff were very responsive and informative about my trip. I would definitely recommend and will most likely stay there again for another hiking trip. ”

“The images online are very misleading. The Econo Lodge part is the outdated two story building in the back, not the one in the front. Anyone, hotel guests or not, can access the building. Your room door is the only door you can lock. The carpet was like soaked in smoke even when it claims to be a smoke-free facility. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. Though the front desk staff immediately changed the room for us, the second room was only slightly better with empty trash can...

“Suite was huge. Dishwasher, full refrigerator, indoor pool. Pet fee was a little expensive, but a nice hotel.”

“It was super nice to have a full sizer fridge and stovetop/microwave in our room. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Can’t ask for much more than that. They don’t offer breakfast in the mornings. ”

“Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you ”

“Tub was dirty. The room was nonsmoking but smelled of old smoke. Paint was melting off the walls. Broken floorboards. Left my charger in the room after checking out and was told I'd get a call back after the front desk talked to housekeeping. Did not get a call back. Wouldn't stay again”

“I have stayed here 2 other times. For the affordable price I think it’s a great value! The hotel looks new! The rooms were very clean, and updated. the breakfast was better than I expected - there are several choices, including hot food! When traveling through VA, I always choose this hotel. ”

“The hotel property and treatment by staff towards guests was excellent. Comments on our room: lighting was not good with only three lamps. The bathroom is poorly designed. The commode is parked next to the shower door with only one foot of clearance width to squeeze through to enter the shower while there was 3 feet of empty space on the other side of the commode. The door into the shower/commode room opened directly in front of the commode with only 1/4” clearance. No towel racks anywhere...

“Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning...
