“My sister Vyan and I stayed for one week at The Terra Nova Hotel and the experience we had was exceptional. Just to high ligh a few points, we were welcome by a staff member who helped us with our luggage while we checked in. Our room was comfortable and clean and we have to thank the housekeeping staff especially Omar,Carl and Crystal for being so attentive. “I liked that breakfast is included but the fact that we did not have the at least one selection of Jamaican breakfast included that was a bit disappointing. The washing machine in my room was leaking. The staff did try to fix it but it did not work. Those machines should be serviced regularly. They can update the plugs for charging cell to usbc plugs. At least one in each rooms. This was my second time staying at the hotel but, i really enjoyed interacting with the staff. They are all pleasant...
