“L'esperienza positiva”

“This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!!...

“My only hiccup was calling to confirm my reservation on the day before travelling up the hill - the first staff member was unable to confirm my reservation on the first attempt after I provided name but after calling the central office I was called back and informed that I was actually confirmed but was initially told I wasn't due to me saying I booked a suite vs a cottage, providing my name or confirmation number was not sufficient it seems. “Wow, we rented this accommodations for Jamaica carnival and was very lucky. It was 5 minutes away from the Bob Marley Museum. 10 minutes from Devon house, the best ice-cream in Jamaica. It was very centrally located where we weren't far from anything. The unit itself is spotless and clean. It was a very well kept unit. QUICK callout to please call them 72 hours in advance to give them the heads up that you're checking in. That was the only quirky step. The unit also had a washer and dryer. ”

“Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail.”
