DETAILS: Escape to white sand beaches and peaceful days at Ocean Dunes, a beautiful North Cape San Blas home that comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Tucked between the Gulf and St. Joseph Bay, this stretch of beach offers a tranquil setting for stress-free getaways. Enjoy snorkeling in the turquoise waters, fishing, scallop hunting, or admiring the abundant wildlife of T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Guests will love the multiple decks with Gulf views and quick beach access—only a short 2-minute stroll!

The fun begins on the ground level, where an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off salt and sand after quick beach trips. When it’s time to eat, toss burgers and hot dogs on the grill for a laid-back alfresco lunch at the outdoor table for 4.

A spacious great room filled with natural light and cozy furnishings awaits on the main level. The open kitchen features high-end appliances and a 3-seat breakfast bar steps away from the 6-seat dining table, where guests can converge for delicious meals or plan the day’s adventures. In the living space, 2 soft sofas and a barrel armchair flank the TV, offering plenty of room for movie nights with the group. Head outside to the furnished screened-in deck to enjoy views of the water and the fresh ocean air. For convenience, a laundry room can be found on this level, alongside a queen sleeper sofa in the living space.

The home’s inviting sleeping accommodations are on the top floor, including a sunlit primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and access to the upper deck with views of St. Joseph State Park and Barrier Dunes. There are 2 guest bedrooms—the first features a king bed and deck access, the second is across the hall with 2 twin beds and a TV.

Loved the location and the layout of the house. It definitely could use new sofas and easy chairs. 6 dining room chairs would be preferred. The twin bed room could use some updating. Property needed mowed or weed whacked. But overall we enjoyed our time there and the ease of getting to the beach. Thanks.
