Our location in Northeast Portland is a haven for various types of renters, as we are surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. It's a dream for business travelers with its proximity to Portland International Airport, Interstate 5, Adidas & Daimler Headquarters, and Downtown Portland.

KEYLESS ACCESS

With a keyless digital door lock, you can come and go as you please.

Guests will have access to the entire space which includes a full kitchen, dining area with a table and 4 chairs, living room area with dedicated workspace, Amazon Fire TV, private entrance, washer & dryer, and full bathroom.

GETTING AROUND

Lyft and Uber are the most common ways to get around by car in Portland, so getting from the Portland International Airport to Downtown Portland or nearby neighborhoods is a breeze.

We are a bike-friendly city with an extensive network of bike lanes and trails, making it easy and fun to explore on two wheels. No matter how you choose to get around, our home's central location makes it the perfect home base for your Portland adventures!

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
HOUSE RULES

*** Please be advised that guests will be required to sign a guest agreement and provide government-issued identification before check-in as per state laws ***

Please be respectful of your new home, neighbors, and community. We require our guests to abide by the following rules:

• Check-in is at 4 PM or later.
• Check-out is 10 AM.

• Please no open flames; this includes but is not limited to candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, and cigars.

• Please no illegal activity or substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement participation.

DAMAGE

• We understand things happen and require all guests to report any damage during their stay. We take a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card a few days before your stay, and release it following your stay, subject to no issues.

LONG-STAY CLEANING FEES

• Corporate and Leisure reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 15 days. For each 15-day increment, an extra cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

The Guest(s) shall be responsible for the following fee(s):
Neighbor Disturbance Fee - $300
Smoking/Vaping Fee - $1000
Additional Housekeeping Fee- $250.00
Any broken or damaged items will be charged at cost.
Late check-out fee $50 per hour.

ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION

• Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID before digital check-in. This specifically includes a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. Guest identification must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third-party bookings allowed.

• Additional CREDIT CARD payment verification may be required.

BACKGROUND CHECK

• Please be advised that guests will be asked to provide a birth date and current address as the city of Portland requires proof of an essential public records search for the primary guest making the reservation.

SMOKING

• This building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is 100% smoke-free, including private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you book another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of your security deposit.

NEIGHBORLY SUGGESTIONS

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Street parking is ample; please park consciously to allow others room.

SAFETY NOTES

Please use the handrail as a precaution.


EVENTS & GATHERINGS

• We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise complaints, parties, or gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 7 am.

VISITORS

• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. Please, no unregistered overnight guests. Guest(s) are allowed to have a total of 1 Overnight guest on the Property for an additional charge of $25 per night.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS

• If you or your company is interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video, or photo/film shoots of any kind, don't hesitate to contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE

• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against all loss, claims, causes of action, demands, and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests concerning the rental unit. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, has an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare each policy or email details to yourself, and offers a wide range from standard policies to 5-star coverage. If you do a quick online search, it should pop up.

This place is awesome! The managers are super duper!

I truly enjoyed my stay in this property. It is clean comfortable, well located and the management is very responsive. I mean VERY responsive. And there was NO emergency at all. If I find my way back to Portland I would definitely stay here.

Staying here after just moving to the area made it easy to commute to work and a comfortable spot, especially the bed so much so I ordered the same bed for my own place.
