“My whole stay was amazing , staff were all so friendly and seemed happy in their work , from check in , waitress staff at dinner , breakfast staff and checkout they were all so accommodating and helpful . Room good spotlessly clean and very quiet till this morning exercise class but that was ok as it was quite late . will be looking to stay in a village hotel again . Thankyou ”

“Breakfast was delicious, great choice. Staff were really friendly especially Lisa, who worked so hard but always smiling 😊 in the morning at breakfast. Bed was comfy so slept well. Aircon worked well for heating and cooling. Bus stop outside which takes you to the city. I would definitely stay again.”

There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!”
