Residence insuperabile
Residence dalla posizione formidabile a 10 passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Positano. Un balcone con vista mare e sulla piazzetta della chiesa. Struttura in ottime condizioni ed estremamente pulito. Receptionist molto amichevoli e disponibili.

This was our favorite hotel we stayed at throughout our trip to Italy. It was on the closer end to the coast which was great because its a steep walk up to most other hotels. The decor is Mediterranean style white and blue which adds a charm. Room was clean and the shower was good size. The view from the balcony was amazing! We sat out and drank coffee during the mornings.

Excellent location so close to everything which saves a lot of time and steps. Front desk was easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful arranging transport, check-in, porters, dinner reservations and excursions. Will definitely stay here again. Property is super clean and charming.

Amazing stay!
Amazing location so close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was so helpful especially the host working in the lobby he was great. We go to use the restroom after check out to shower and they also ordered us a taxi through the hotel. The view was 10/10 and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ubicación espectacular y ambiente soñado
La ubicación del hotel es ideal, si bien nuestra habitación no tenía vista directa al mar sí se podía ver la montaña y desde el jardín interno se puede ver la costa. El tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza fueron superlativas y mucho más el trato que nos brindaron las personas en la recepción que nos ayudaron a gestionar un translado, nos dieron toallas para la playa y nos brindaron consejos de paseos. La relación precio/calidad es óptima y la habitación es tal cual las fotos.

The Villa Flavio Gioia is in the perfect location in Positano. Our room was immaculate. The shower was great and our balcony was perfect for watching people and enjoying the amazing view of the sea. My two daughters and I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, near the water, beach, ferries and restaurants. The staff were outstanding. Cristiana and Vittorio were professional, friendly and extremely helpful to us. They were quick to reply to any email inquiries and to help us navigate our way. The room was lovely and included a small kitchenette. There was a small grocery shop just outside the hotel. Positano is beauitful and when we go back we will definitely stay at this hotel! Grazie mille Villa Flavio Gioia!

Great Location
We had an amazing time staying in the hotel. A functioning kitchenette is a plus. It’s centrally located so it’s so much easier to roam around. It would’ve been perfect if our room had sea view nevertheless we had a good sleep!

Beautiful hotel with incredible sea views. The room was clean, bright and airy. The hotel was located in the heart of Positano in front of the church. Everything you need is accessible by foot. Parking is the only issue as you need to park in a parking garage and walk to the hotel, which isn't far. Would be nice if the hotel offered at least a light breakfast in the courtyard or lobby.

It was close to the port like 3 mins by walk. It was small but very clean and cute! So much character! There is nice balcony that you can see the ocean and church. Close to everything you need. I loved it! I would go back!

Beautiful place in the heart of Positano
Lovely hotel a short walk from the Positano ferry and right in the middle of the town. We had pretty views overlooking the church and sea. The staff were so friendly and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations for the best food and views of our lives :-) highly recommend!

Our family of four spent the weekend here, and loved it. The staff went above and beyond for us, making all our reservations, organizing transportation when needed, and answered any and all questions/ emails almost immediately. Although you the view is not of the beautiful mountainside, you have a great view of the sea. The location could not be more perfect. You’re centrally located to everything in town, and the beach. We had a 3 and 7 year old with us, and they had no problem walking to everything from the hotel. The only downfall, they did not have breakfast, but there was a cafe just around the corner from them. If we make it back to Positano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely adored this property, It made me fall in love with Positano. we had the top floor room with the beautiful patio, deck and sunroom. The people were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure any transportation we needed was taken care of. Honestly, I would come back here and get married on that deck, it is that amazing! I can't wait to come back!

What an absolute amazing place to stay. Incredible view over the water and awesome location. We stayed in room 21 - seemed to be the largest of the second floor rooms. Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much bother. Great restaurants within 5 minute walk.
