“They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it....

“Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be...

“Here’s one that sounds like you: We only stayed one night, but we came away impressed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. We parked the truck and spent the evening walking around Old Town without ever needing to drive again. One unexpected highlight was the incredible vinyl record collection throughout the hotel. I even stumbled across my favorite album of all time, which made the stay that much more memorable. The staff was friendly,...

“My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”

“Room was clean, something was splattered over the tv, and the shower aluminium drain was miss aligned. Check in staff were courteous. Breakfast missing oats/porridge, there was only sugary cereals.”
