The listing could have been more descriptive regarding the separation between the large bedroom and full bath from the rest of the house. Too many air fresheners! The kitchen is dark, needs brighter light bulbs. Those are my suggestions. Otherwise the house is gorgeous and it was a great place to stay!”

It was the perfect spot for a few days to enjoy the beauty of the Ashokan Reservoir and the fun of Woodstock (only a 20 min Dr) Jim and May were so gracious, super communicative and were the perfect hosts. The outdoor space with a porch swing was so enjoyable for our little one. It was also super dog friendly which is so so hard to find up in the Hudson valley.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful little home. It was pleasantly quiet and secluded, but was just minutes away from some wonderful restaurants and just a short walk to the lake. The hosts were just so responsive and accommodating. We also had one day of rainy weather, which afforded us the opportunity to simply stay in and relax. The kitchen had all of the amenities we could have asked for. The seating area on the deck was spacious and comfortable. We are certainly looking forward...
