“When I checked in, I was assigned a room. When I went to the room, it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest (I've attached a photo). They moved me to a room next door, where the toilet was leaking, and the pump would kick on every 30 seconds or so. The front desk attendant had a look at it, but he was able to slow the leak, so it turned on every 5 minutes. So I had to put on a white-noise app on my phone to try to mask the sound so I could get to sleep. Also, there are no outlets...

“The hotel itself was nice, and we appreciated the complimentary one-hour late checkout. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. For the price we paid, we expected more suite-style amenities like those offered at Homewood Suites by Hilton or TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The room had enough space for a kitchen setup, yet lacked the features and convenience you would expect at that price point. Overall, we did not feel the stay offered good value...

“The entire property was clean and the kitchen was an added bonus but the beds were so comfortable. The king bed bounced everytime someone rolled over and the mattress on the pull out couch was horrible. The first night, we could feel the bars through the mattress so we mixed to the floor, hur the springs were equally as bad. ”

“Utensils are included. Everythong is clean. We needed to do our laundry, they do not have it but Vim was like, let me call up my buddy 😊 but we decided not to do it anyway. Still, he was helpful.”
