Guest house a Powell River

“Somewhat dated but clean, great owner, very helpful.”

“Such a gem of a spot. We will be back for sure. Great kitchen and very comfortable for our group. Loved all the amenities and felt very private”

“Thank you so much for hosting us at your beautiful property. We were so comfortable and felt right at home.We hope to book again.”

“Ocean front retreat was a wonderful memory for us to stay. Enjoyed every corner of the vacation home. The hot tube was easy to access, a lot of mosquitoes around 9pm, if you can, book a bit early. Sunset on the beach was beautiful. The curtain fail off on the 2 rd day when we are cooking, reported to landlord, she was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.”

“Lovely property to run away to an revitalize!”

“The host was pleasant. The location of the property was ok, the view was excellent. But, the property was misrepresented and was not a “luxury private villa “, instead it was a basement suite in a shared home. Unfortunately, the property inside and outside was poorly maintained. The black mold, pink mold, grease, hair, dust bunnies, and finger prints on windows and appliances was unhealthy. Lack of mattress covers, top sheets, fitted sheets was disappointing. “The resort is 30-40 minutes north of Powell River, near Lund. The highway is twisty and winding. No wifi except at the resort. Our unit was a 2 bedroom basement apartment with kitchen. Cabins have no kitchen. The BBQ was dirty and the pizza oven broken in September.”

“This is a great example of glamping (glamorous camping) and if we were 20 years younger, it would have been a fun, quirky adventure. It is a tiny house experience with a lofted bed you reach by ladder and a remarkably effective port-a-potty kind of toilet. The location is amazing and the property is fun. Unfortunately for us, we’re not 20 years younger and the ladder ended up defeating me. If you’re flexible and athletic - give this a try! It’s a definite improvement over a tent ”

“This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.”
