“Great cozy lodge! The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was provided. The entire felt historic, rooms were cozy, and the views you get from the rooms and the breakfast dining room was amazing. Parking was slightly uneasy as there wasn’t markings outside of the lodge, during peak or busy summer times, if all the rooms are occupied, be prepared that the parking space outside he property will all be occupied too. Driving into the lodge was a long 80km/h road...

“What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine.”

“We had a lovely stay at Wisteria House! It’s a short walk or drive to the Ganges, and also provides a quiet location to relax. Our room and patio area were cute & clean, the common area has plenty of books, seating, and activities, coffee, tea, and cookies, and visits from Steve, the sweet and adorable property cat. Our hosts and staff were kind and responsive if we needed anything, it’s obvious they care about the confort of their guests. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend!”

“The accomodation was very basic, which the landlady has told us about in advance. The beds were clean, but otherwise the room wasn'tup to our standard. To shower was uncomfortable.adjusting the wazer temperature was hit or miss. Fan in the bathroom and refrigerator in the room were excessively loud. The location ist beautiful and it is quite readonably priced for Bamfield.”
