“Second overnight stay. As a single female traveller felt very safe, I feel the bedroom carpets need a deep clean to enhance the hotel rating. The most disappointing is the restaurant. It should be busy and buzy but it isn’t. Menu had serval missing items and the wine I chose was not available either, I mentioned that my steak was very grizzly. The above are my own observations. I would stay again and I would recommend if that’s the location you need to be in. Once again the reception staff were...

“It wasn't great Staff helpful but everything else was poor.”

“Hotel molto carino stanza enorme bella posizione”

“We love staying at the Star Grand Brisbane. However this time at the restaurant at the Sky Deck they had an Oyster and Domaine Chandon Happy Hour from 4 - 6. We went up and ask for the promotion which was $3 Oysters and a glass of Chandon for $12. We were told by the young girl there that they had run out of oysters. “We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early. It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark.”

“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”
