“Absolutely loved our weekend at the Dower House! Amazing location surrounded by nature, the building is so beautiful and our room was huge and had every comfort. All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. And not to forget the amazing and genuine owners, Tim and Rosemarie, and Teresa who served a great breakfast ”

“Very comfortable and well kept room. Ample size, quiet and with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant each of our three evenings and everything was well prepared, very tasty and LARGE! “A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”

“A conduzione familiare,il posto é meraviglioso,curato nei minimi particolari.Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria calorosamente.Ci ha fatto scegliere la camera che preferivamo e ci ha offerto un caffè con due cup cake nella sala relax.Ci ha dato anche indicazioni su dove cenare e su come muoverci.La camera é piccola ma funzionale,con set per la preparazione di the o caffè con biscotti e caramelle.La colazione é varia ed abbondante.Se dovessimo capitare in zona ci torneremo di sicuro.”

“Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks on your doorstep and two local dog friendly pubs that serve food. The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. Will definitely visit again this summer.”
