The overall room at first glance was clean but the provided cups and cutlery looked dirty. The ones we wanted to use we washed ourselves and ensured to clean them prior to leaving. How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel.
