“The fruit selection on the breakfast bar was top notch. They had grapes watermelon mango strawberries blueberries pineapple and bananas. The scrambled "eggs" were not appetizing at all. The attendant was very responsible and kept things full.”

When I went back to the front desk, the employee told me to "give me 5–10 minutes to change the sheets." That response made me uncomfortable because simply changing the sheets does not mean the room has been properly cleaned and sanitized, so I requested a different room. “I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

“The room we were given at the start had a leaky roof and drywall all over one of the beds. After receiving a new room the water was cut off at they resolved the leak. I asked the front desk person about it and he told me it would be back on in 1 hour. It was still off the following morning.”

“The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

“There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.”

“Tito did an incredible job getting us checked in… there was a mess up through Expedia, I tried reaching out and couldn’t contact a human person, I just kept getting automated messages. Tito got right through and was able to talk with a representative and get the message up fixed for us. Then above and beyond, a second room camera needs through and it was the one we had actually booked, he helped move us to the bigger room.
