“The room was nice and clean. I was afraid of staying here alone as a female, but everything was fine! Quiet, safe and clean!”

“The staff were nice but the place itself is pretty gross.”

“The fruit selection on the breakfast bar was top notch. They had grapes watermelon mango strawberries blueberries pineapple and bananas. The scrambled "eggs" were not appetizing at all. The attendant was very responsible and kept things full.”

“The 1st room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We were moved to another room. This room smelled great, BUT had cockroaches.”

“We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

“We liked the convenient location with lots of options for restaurants and shopping. Also close to family for visiting. Very nice and will definitely stay there again.”

“The room we were given at the start had a leaky roof and drywall all over one of the beds. After receiving a new room the water was cut off at they resolved the leak. I asked the front desk person about it and he told me it would be back on in 1 hour. It was still off the following morning.”

“They kicked me and my husband out because my dog was supposed to be on the leash and they never told us when we checked in. The "manager" also took a photo of me showing proof that my dog was on leash.”

“The sheared drapes where shredded in our room, phone not connected and needed cleaning, Coffee maker didn’t work and the sheets where on inside out. It was quiet and pretty clean.”

“The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem. Its very clean, has nice space, convenient to what ai needed, mall, shops, food. Staff was very professional and inviting. Definitely will return again.”
