“The room was nice and clean. I was afraid of staying here alone as a female, but everything was fine! Quiet, safe and clean!”

The bedding was very worn out and had visible stains and strands of hair. I went to the Family Dollar to purchase bedding. “I would not recommend this hotel at all. I checked in around 3:40 p.m. as a solo female traveler and was initially assigned a room that had not been cleaned. When I went back to the front desk, the employee told me to "give me 5–10 minutes to change the sheets." That response made me uncomfortable because simply changing the sheets does not mean the room has been properly cleaned and sanitized, so I requested a different room. “I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.”

“The fruit selection on the breakfast bar was top notch. They had grapes watermelon mango strawberries blueberries pineapple and bananas. The scrambled "eggs" were not appetizing at all. The attendant was very responsible and kept things full.”

“The room we were given at the start had a leaky roof and drywall all over one of the beds. After receiving a new room the water was cut off at they resolved the leak. I asked the front desk person about it and he told me it would be back on in 1 hour. It was still off the following morning.”

“There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.”

“We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...
