“Wir wurden von unserer Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass das Personal auch zu anderen Gästen sehr unfreundlich war und hat nur nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen unsere Wünsche versucht halbwegs nachzukommen. Am Abreisetag wurden sehr schroff aufgefordert unser Zimmer sofort zu verlassen obwohl ein Late Check out ausgemacht war. “Molto grazioso, eccellente la cucina kaiseki. Cena da provare! Comoda la posizione, 30' di taxi falla stazione centrale, altra stazioncina vicinissima. Foresta di bambù a due passi e, se avete fortuna, in agosto c'è il Daimonji Fire Festival, molto suggestivo.”

“Exceptionally nice staff. Beautiful onsen and most of the time had the whole onsen to myself, and it’s limited to 4 people at a time at max. The breakfast was amazing. Really nice garden view from our room which is shared with other rooms but felt private. There are also lots of shops and temples to explore in Ohara that are much less crowded than Kyoto. ”
