“Incredible stay, looks just as beautiful as the photos! Check in process was quick and easy, I was down to my room and it was in great condition. Pool towels, water bottles, a fridge, sandals, and the room was very spacious. More amenities than the US ever has!”

“I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. ”

“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not book this property, it is not at all advertised, the property is absolutely torn up and the water near the room is all completely yellow and contaminated, rooms are in horrible condition and there are lizards on the ceiling, breakfast area is horrible as the place in the middle does not look like the pictures. “Il Como Hotel di Phuket ha un'architettura moderna con arredamento colorato e confortevole in una posizione stupenda. Isolato ma con un panorama meraviglioso. Il personale è gentile e attento. Io e mia figlia di cinque anni abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana però non si tratta di un 5 stelle. I servizi sono buoni ma non eccellenti e la spiaggia staccata dalla struttura principale è piccola e non proprio ben tenuta. ”
