“O chuveiro não tinha pressão suficiente”

“Incredible stay, looks just as beautiful as the photos! Check in process was quick and easy, I was down to my room and it was in great condition. Pool towels, water bottles, a fridge, sandals, and the room was very spacious. More amenities than the US ever has!”

“Fint hotel til prisen”

“Our room was upgraded to ground floor pool entry from garden cottage. We were pleasantly surprised. Welcomed with English speaking receptionist. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All staff very pleasant even if they didn't speak English. Breakfast was brilliant. A good mix of Thai and continental. Choices changed daily.

“Very friendly and welcoming staff, rented a scooter for 4 days for a reasonable price. Only complaint was the ac didn’t blow cold but the fan option worked great to keep the room cool at night. ”

“Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay ”

Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. ”

The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the...
