Hotel in zona Pretty Marsh, Mount Desert

“A bit worn but clean and beautiful outside. The bed was not comfortable though and the room only had 1 floor lamp so it was dark at night.”

“The place was nice & quiet.”

“Gorgeous spot, great location and fantastic staff!”

“Room was simple, but spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had rather low pressure unfortunately. The coffee machine was very basic but did the job. The coffee, water, and snacks in the lobby were very nice to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for navigating the town and dinner reservations (shout-out to Christopher). The only downside was the price. For what it was, I think the price was very high, but was happy with the experience overall.”

“We had a wonderful visit and really appreciated the helpful suggestions from Chris. The staff was great as well. We booked the one room cottage and it was nice and cozy. Easy walking distance to downtown as well.”

“Very good”

“The staff was excellent and was very informative about things to do in the area. The meals were great and the beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic and was such a pleasure to experience this property. If we come back we will definitely book here again.”

“Grounds were clean and same with the rooms. We had a decent stay the location is perfect! And breakfast is included in the stay. Our showers were lukewarm so that was disappointing. Staff told me that happens sometimes in the morning. For the price I’d expect this not to be an issue. But I understand, the location is top notch.”

“Need a bigger sign on outside of building so I can see the numbers. Tried calling the management because I couldn't find my pass code, no answer, good thing I finally found it otherwise we wouldn't have gotten in. Over all it was tidy. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was filthy and the remote was missing. There was a stain of some sort on the underside of the comforter. The pillows were lacking purpose (definitely used beyond their time). The bathroom vent/light was extremely dirty! Has it ever...
