“Pool not in service ,dirty bath not a clean room ,smelly would not stay at this property.overall unsatisfied”

“The room was very basic.. the bed was uncomfortable and the furnishings were older and not attractive.. the kitchen had no utensils, cups, etc and had no coffee maker..”

“Property was in a great area but very noisy. Lots of noise from street especially if you like to sleep in. Coffee was really bad, I usually love Drury Coffee but had to go out every day to purchase elsewhere. My room was next to the housekeeping room and they were extremely loud talking in the morning and it was definitely not a good fit.”

“We came in town for the Morgan Wallen concert. I understand we were paying a premium price but for $700 and a hotel that says it’s “non-smoking” it smelled like a dirty ashtray. There were a lot of suspect people hanging around the property. I would not have felt comfortable being a woman alone here.”

“The property was great! I traveled with my teen daughter and 10YO. We felt safe which was a big concern for me since it was just me with my girls. The hotel was super clean. Breakfast had something for everybody. It has a cute bar, I didn’t drink but if you needed a drink, they could hook you up! We were touring UF and it’s very close to UF. Several fun eateries within walking distance of the hotel.”

“I know now where to stay every time I go to Gainesville. If you are looking for warmth and charm, and want something that resonates the south with its pretty gardens, Spanish moss, and trickling fountains, then this is it. I love bed and breakfasts for this very reason— the homely feeling. You can’t get that anywhere else. So glad we booked here. Very quiet place, was so surprised to see how many people were actually in the house when we went down for breakfast. You’d NEVER know based on how...

“Well put together. Very nice bar and lounge, bathroom excellent except for sink lighting. Great beds and pillows. Good experience.”

“Rooms definitely need some up keep. Bathroom tiles loose and not very clean. Roomed smelled musty but if you kept the ac fan blowing it helped. Beds not comfy but we just stayed one night so it was ok. You definitely get what you pay for.”
